FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Vouchers, payment and support — answered.
Are your exam vouchers genuine?
Yes. Meta IT Learning is an authorised PTE voucher seller, VAT registered in Nepal,
and every PTE voucher we sell is a genuine Pearson voucher.
How do I buy an exam voucher online?
PTE, TOEFL, GRE, Duolingo, CELPIP and OET vouchers can be bought online. Open the voucher's
card, choose how many you need and enter your name, email and phone number. We
create your order and show our Fonepay merchant QR with the exact amount and your
order reference. Once we have confirmed your transfer, your voucher and VAT invoice
are emailed to you.
How does QR payment work?
Scan our Fonepay merchant QR from any Nepali banking app, eSewa, Khalti, UPI, Alipay
or UnionPay, and send exactly the amount shown. Add your order reference in the
remarks if your app allows it, and keep the payment screenshot. We confirm QR
transfers by hand, so your voucher is issued once we have checked the payment — not
instantly.
Can I buy more than one voucher?
Yes — up to 5 PTE vouchers in a single checkout. For larger or institutional orders, contact us and our team will arrange them with you.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued with every voucher bought online.
If you need your company name and VAT number on it, tick “I have VAT Number (Optional)” at checkout.
Can you help me register for my exam or a certification program?
Yes. Our team helps with registration for PTE, TOEFL, GRE, Duolingo and UKVI exams,
and runs certification training for Oracle, EC-Council and Microsoft. Our advisers can
also help you choose the right program for your goals.
What if something goes wrong with my payment?
Always send exactly the amount shown — a different amount will hold up your voucher.
If something has gone wrong, contact us with your order reference and payment
screenshot, and our team will work out the next step with you. Our
refund policy explains when a payment is refunded, and our
terms and conditions apply to every purchase.
Is my payment safe?
Pay only through this website. Our checkout shows our registered Fonepay merchant QR,
and we never ask you to pay into a personal bank account, eSewa or Khalti number, or
over WhatsApp or social media. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
