The Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) is a technical authorization provided by Cisco to individuals with device repair, diagnose, restore, and replacement skills. There is a major requirement of technicians who have a proper knowledge of device hardware so that they can provide customer support in a fast and effective manner. Cisco provides proper training to CCTs before providing them validation for their expertise in device management. There are multiple CCT courses that candidates can specialize in to get better job prospects easily.
